If the device is used, it must be cleaned before packaging (see Care and Maintenance section of your owner’s manual). Wrap the package carefully. All returned The Wank Machine devices must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. A The Wank Machine customer service representative will work with you to coordinate and schedule the return using our preferred shipping method. We will provide you with the proper shipping address. It is important that you save your return tracking number. If possible, email it to us so that we can track the return. Please Note: unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges. We will issue a credit to the credit card or other payment option used for the original purchase.
